Gut-on-a-chip technology to uncover micro-scale host-microbiota interactions across vertebrates

Emulate’s cutting edge gut-on-a-chip technology will enable us to develop novel in-vitro vertebrate models, and in doing so reveal previously unobtainable insights into host-microbiome interactions on the microscale. In doing so, this will also contribute towards the EU’s obligations to reduce the use of animals in research, thus help shape ethical and sustainable research.
