• Does the project adequately meet the purpose of the funding instrument?

Research contribution

Originality and advancement

• Will the research infrastructure help the applicants to address key scientific questions in the field with the potential to lead to scientific breakthroughs?
• Do the applicants have access to similar equipment at the institution or at other institutions in Denmark?

Feasibility

• Do the applicants have expertise to appropriately make use of the instrument?
• Is the project plan realistic?
• Are there significant risk factors that may prevent project execution?

Qualifications of the applicant

• Has the applicant obtained excellent results compared to career level?
• Has the applicant demonstrated the ability to make original and significant research contributions to their field?
